Adidas Handball Spezial Shoes Fit Poorly and Staff Misguided Me on Sizing
Hello, I purchased the Handball Spezial model from the Adidas store on 28.11.2024, and it has been a frustrating experience. The shoe fits well at the toe, but the heel is very loose and doesn’t provide proper support. Adding to the problem, the staff misguided me into buying the wrong size instead of helping me choose the right one. They clearly lacked the necessary knowledge. I bought size 42.5 after reading online that it’s better to go half or one size up, but I usually wear size 42. Now, I’m not even sure what my actual size is anymore! Unfortunately, I can’t return the shoes since I’ve already worn them outside. I even washed them in the machine and added heel supports, but nothing worked. To make matters worse, I specifically chose Adidas after having issues with another brand (Lacoste) where the shoes were too tight, but these also failed to meet the quality they claim. It feels like both brands have let me down, and wearing these shoes is uncomfortable. I’m beginning to think I’ll end up spending a fortune trying to find shoes that fit properly.
