Adidas Fails to Replace Faulty Shoes After Two Reviews
I recently bought a pair of Adidas sneakers from the Canakkale sportive store. I was really excited to get them because they were the perfect fit and style for me. Unfortunately, after only 5 months of use, the heel of my shoes began to melt and became unusable. I was so disappointed because I had spent a lot of money on them and expected them to last much longer. I returned my shoes to Adidas twice for review, but both times they denied my replacement request. It's difficult to believe that a large corporation like Adidas would not stand behind its product and replace it with a new one after it failed so clearly. I believe it is only fair that Adidas replace my shoes with new ones because they clearly failed on their own without being damaged by any external factor. I'm hoping that someone at Adidas will take notice of this situation and get back to me as soon as possible so that I can enjoy my favorite brand of sneakers again!
