I recently purchased a pair of Adidas shoes, and within a few months, the inner lining on the left shoe began to show excessive wear and tear. I have only worn the shoes for a total of 100-150 steps, and I primarily use them for driving, so there is no possibility of excessive wear from walking or running.
I have been a loyal Adidas customer for many years, and I was extremely disappointed to see this issue arise with such a high-quality brand. I took the shoes to the Adidas store at Van AVM to explain the problem, and they sent the shoes in for inspection.
To my dismay, I received an SMS stating that my warranty claim had been denied. The message simply said, "We regret to inform you that we cannot honor your request for a refund on your product with tracking number T24399865. You may collect your product from the drop-off location."
I am not a wealthy person, but I cannot tolerate injustice. I am requesting that Adidas reconsider my warranty claim and provide me with a replacement pair of shoes. I am confident that upon further inspection, you will agree that this issue is not due to normal wear and tear.
