I paid approximately ₺60,000 for an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (RTX 4060 / i7 13700hx) expecting high performance, longevity, and stability. Instead, I've encountered freezes, crashes, loud fan noise, and indifference from Acer. Key issues include the fan sounding like a jet engine, making it impossible to work in a quiet environment. The RTX 4060 and i7 13700hx seem to exist only on paper, with mediocre performance, constant overheating, and stuttering. The Predator Sense app is almost never stable, consistently throwing errors. In the BIOS screen, the keyboard, mouse, and touchpad don't work. The driver support site is incomplete and inadequate; installed drivers don't fix the problems. Keyboard lights are inconsistent, sometimes working, sometimes completely off. The build quality feels very cheap, with the chassis flexing like plastic. Even ordinary programs like Anydesk and Valorant crash. I find myself celebrating and genuinely offering prayers when the device works correctly. However, Acer's lack of interest is as upsetting as the technical problems themselves. I sent a question to their support line a year ago and still haven't received a reply. I've browsed forums, updated everything, and searched for solutions, but I haven't received even the slightest feedback from them. A technology company should offer not just devices but also customer support, which they haven't provided. For ₺60,000, I've only bought problems, noise, and despair. My demand is either a replacement device or a full refund. Moving forward, I will pursue all written avenues. Otherwise, this text will reach thousands of users on the platforms.
