Acer Nitro Predator Helios 16 PH16-71-909W i9 Laptop Freezes Frequently

I just bought the Acer Nitro Predator Helios 16 PH16-71-909W i9 Laptop on August 11, 2023, but I've been dealing with freezing issues since the second day. Since this expensive product comes with a big price, I quickly made a record of the problems I encountered and took videos on the day I bought it. I quickly contacted everyone involved, including Hepsiburada through email, and made arrangements to send the device in for repairs.

Even though I was very careful, the response I got from Hepsiburada was like something you'd expect from a customer service center, and it wasn't very satisfying. After two weeks, I got the device back, but the freezing issues came back again in just one day. Since the 14-day return period has ended and there is a warning, you can't return the product anymore.

I was initially thinking about exchanging this product because I heard about some ongoing issues with these devices. It's really disappointing to have picked an Acer product. I really hope my problem gets solved quickly.

"I am sharing the situation as of today, November 11. Vatan says that they do not have the model in stock, but they have a display product available. They say they can give it to me if I accept it. I did not accept it as a return or a display product. As my legal right, I requested an exact replacement, and if it's not in stock, an upgrade to a higher model. We communicated this to Vatan Computer via email. The manufacturer, Acer, did not accept this. The authorized service gives a legal decision for replacement in the RMA report, yet Acer does not accept it. When I emailed the authorized place, they told me to discuss it with your seller, the importer Index company. In other words, they are all avoiding responsibility and stalling through each other. Since these issues were not resolved, I have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court today. I believe that the court will decide for an exact replacement. From now on, the court will be the party to deal with, and I will provide updates as the situation develops."
