I bought an HP Omen laptop with an i7 13700hx processor and RTX 4070 graphics card from Media Markt around two months back. But for the last three days, it's been showing a black screen, and at the same time, the keyboard stops working and the backlight goes off. It's weird, but the fans keep running, and even when I unplug the USB mouse, it still makes notification sounds. Basically, the computer is running in the background, but I'm experiencing a big problem even though I use it like a regular desktop computer. I spent around ₺60,000 on it. It's really disappointing. I hope they replace it quickly since the warranty is still valid. I don't want any more trouble. When I read complaints on sikayetvar.com, it makes me feel like I'm not the only one going through this. I'm really looking forward to hearing from the person who is involved.
