Acer Service Gave an Unreasonable Repair Estimate for Fixing a Single Keyboard Key

I sent my device to 'SMS Infocom Teknoloji Servis Ltd. Şti.', the authorized Acer service center under warranty, on December 25, 2024, to repair the non-functioning "d" key on the keyboard. However, as of January 7, 2025, I was informed that the repair cost would be ₺59,000. I want to emphasize that the cost of fixing a single non-functioning key should not be this high. Additionally, although I sent the device in working condition, I was told that there was liquid damage and that the motherboard and battery needed to be replaced. Considering the current price of a new model is between ₺35,000-₺45,000, I demand an investigation into how a repair for a single key resulted in a ₺59,000 estimate and the immediate resolution of my grievance. Otherwise, I will seek my rights through legal channels. I kindly request a constructive response to this matter.
