I Can’t Reach Academia Support After Unauthorized Charge

About one month ago, I purchased a membership on Academia for $1. However, on March 15, 2026, a charge of $94 was made to my Ziraat Bank debit card under reconciliation number 0195198 without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve this amount, and I do not accept such a high charge being taken from my account without my awareness.

I am currently within the withdrawal (cooling-off) period and would like to exercise my right to cancel. However, I have been unable to reach any support or contact point through Academia.edu. Therefore, I am requesting that the $94 charged without my authorization be refunded to me as soon as possible and that this unauthorized transaction be canceled.
