I am writing about a serious issue with my 1Win account related to verification and an unjustified block. I use 1Win from India and my account ID is 346890***. On 24 March at around 3:25 PM, after I uploaded all the required verification documents, my account was suddenly blocked without any prior notice or explanation. There is approximately 59 lakh INR in my 1Win account, and since the block I have completely lost access to this balance. I have always used only one personal account and I am fully aware of and careful about following the rules and regulations of the platform. Despite this, my account was blocked immediately after submitting my documents, which makes the situation feel unfair and very worrying for me. After the block, I tried to get support but I did not receive any response from any of your support channels. I have not been given any reason for the block, any information about the status of my verification, or any guidance on what I am supposed to do next. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, unblocked, and fully reactivated, and that I be allowed to withdraw my full balance of 59 lakh INR. I also expect a clear written explanation of why my account was blocked right after verification documents were submitted, despite the fact that I only have one account and follow the platform rules. I ask for this matter to be resolved as quickly as possible, as this involves a very large amount of my money.

It is my humble request that you please unblock my account ID. It has already been 16 days. I have completed all the verification steps clearly and in accordance with the security team’s requirements. I have also provided all deposit screenshots and my bank details. How much longer am I expected to wait?

As you said there is deep review going on and standard time frame is 30 Days but it's been 36 days now but still account is blocked, kindly look in to this and let me know if you need any other information
