1win Account Blocked Without Any Reason With My Deposit Money In It

I am a new user from India and have been using my 1Win account for only two days when my account was suddenly blocked. I received a message stating that, under clause 12.8, my account access has been restricted and cannot be restored, but no clear explanation was provided regarding what rule I supposedly violated. Before this happened, I carefully read your rules and terms and I am confident that I have not violated any of them. Despite this, you have blocked my account with my funds still inside. There is currently a balance of Rs. 4,955 in my account that I can no longer access. After receiving the blocking notification, I contacted your customer support multiple times via both email and phone. However, I have not received any meaningful response or assistance, and my issue remains unresolved. I request that my 1Win account be unblocked and full access restored, or at the very least that my balance of Rs. 4,955 be returned to me. I also ask for a clear, written explanation of the exact reason and evidence for blocking my account under clause 12.8, as I believe I have complied with all the rules.
