I am writing regarding a serious problem with my general 1win account verification that is preventing me from accessing my own money. I am using 1win from India and, for the last day, I have been unable to complete the verification process, so my withdrawal is blocked. Because of this, I currently cannot withdraw my balance of approximately 5.5k that is in my 1win account. I contacted 1win support about this situation, but they told me they cannot do anything about it, without offering any clear solution or concrete help to complete my verification or release my funds. I am ready and willing to provide my ID and any other documents they need to verify my identity. My ID number is 342462***, yet despite being ready to submit it, my account remains restricted and my money is still stuck. I request that my verification process be properly reviewed and completed, my account fully activated, and that I be allowed to withdraw my entire balance of around 5.5k without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why my verification could not be completed and why support said they could not do anything, and I want all necessary steps to be taken so I can use, verify, and withdraw from my account normally.
