I am using 1win from India and I am facing a serious problem with my account. My game ID is 61827***. My account was blocked yesterday without a clear explanation. After that, I submitted my documents for verification as requested. My documents were approved and the account shows as verified, but my account is still blocked and I cannot access my funds. There is a balance of ₹22,115 in my 1win account, and this money is currently stuck. I contacted 1win customer support and they told me that I would receive an email on my Gmail address, but I have not received any email from them so far. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a problem on my account. I request that 1win immediately resolve this issue by allowing me to withdraw my full balance of ₹22,115 and by clearly informing me about the reason for the block and the delay in communication. I expect a quick and transparent solution so that I can access my own money without any further waiting.
