I Face My 1win Account Being Blocked With 21,000 Stuck in My Balance

I am a user from India and have been using my 1win account on iOS. On 24 November 2025, my game account (ID: 33549421) was suddenly blocked without any reason or explanation. When I tried to log in, I did not receive any clear error message or justification, and my access to the account was completely restricted. At the time my account was blocked, I had 21,000 pending in my game account balance. After noticing the block, I tried to contact 1win account support, but I have not received any response so far. Not getting any information about the reason for the block and not being able to access my balance is causing me serious concern. I request that my game account with ID 33549421, belonging to me as an Indian user, be urgently reviewed and reopened, and that my access to the pending 21,000 in my balance be restored. If there is any allegation or reason for blocking, I also expect a clear, written explanation to be provided.
