My 1win Account is Blocked
I have a casino account on 1win, and it was suddenly blocked on January 12, 2026. Since that date, I have not been able to access my account in any way. I did not receive any information or explanation from 1win about the reason for this block. After noticing the problem, I submitted the requested documents; however, my account is still blocked. For 5 days, I have been waiting for a response from the support team, and nobody has given me any answer or information. I request that my 1win casino account be urgently reviewed and either reactivated or that I be provided with a clear and detailed written explanation about the reason for the block and the status of my account.
