SuperLive Locked My Account With a "User Is Inactive" Message and I Cannot Access My Funds

I use the SuperLive application on my Android phone and today, 20 June 2026, when I tried to log in to my account to check my messages, I received the message “user is inactive” and could not access my account. Because support is only available within the app, I currently have no way to reach customer service from the login screen. This situation worries me greatly, as I use this account only for withdrawals and I am now completely unable to access the app, my funds or my messages. I have never made any subscription payments on SuperLive and my account is used solely for withdrawing money. I also have not previously contacted SuperLive support in any way about this account. The email address linked to my account is jeremiahbenjam***@gmail.com. I request that my SuperLive account be urgently reactivated, that my access to my messages and funds be fully restored, and that I be clearly informed of the reason why my account was marked as inactive despite there being no subscription activity.
