I have been using the 1win website from India, and since yesterday my account has been blocked without any explanation. When I try to log in, I only see the message “User blocked” and I have no further information about the reason. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this situation, but they have not replied to me at all. I do not know why my account was blocked and I cannot access my balance. I request that my 1win account be urgently unblocked and that I be allowed to withdraw my balance, or that I at least receive a clear and detailed explanation in writing about the reason for this blockage.
