FamRadar Is Still Debiting My Bank Account Every Month and I Cannot Find a Way to Stop It

I am writing regarding my FamRadar subscription, which I use on my phone via their website, because I am unable to unsubscribe from the service. Today I tried to cancel my subscription but I could not find any effective way to terminate it on their site, and I am still being charged. My FamRadar subscription is currently billed as a monthly payment that is automatically debited from my bank account. As I cannot manage or stop the subscription myself via their website, I am stuck paying for a service that I no longer wish to use. I kindly request that my FamRadar subscription be cancelled immediately and that the recently charged fees be fully refunded to me. I would like written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that no further debits will be made from my bank account.
