I am reporting a missing deposit of 1,200.50 USDT in my 1win account. My account ID is 384*** and my email is alex.jo*******@gmail.com. On 17 June 2026 at 15:40, I transferred exactly 1,200.50 USDT from my Binance account to fund my 1win balance. As shown in my Binance wallet receipt, the transaction status is clearly marked as “Completed” and the funds were successfully sent from the address TdG3ndI....vQtdyh1. Despite the network and Binance confirming the transaction as completed, my 1win platform balance still remains at zero and the deposit has not been credited. Live chat support only provides automated replies, repeatedly asking me to wait, without offering any concrete information or solution. I request that the 1win finance department urgently and manually review my transaction on the blockchain and credit the 1,200.50 USDT to my balance immediately, as well as provide a clear explanation for this delay.
