I am a registered 1win user and I am submitting this complaint regarding a missing cryptocurrency deposit and the non-delivery of the digital service I paid for. On December 13, 2025 at 17:07, I initiated a transfer of exactly 456.782356 USDT in order to fund my 1win account. The transaction was successfully processed on the blockchain network and its official status is marked as “Completed.” The funds were sent from a wallet address starting with THm3nuA and ending with rGHdyh1. According to the block explorer records I hold, the digital assets reached the company’s designated receiving wallet without any issue. Despite this, my 1win account balance still shows zero and the deposit has not been reflected in my balance. This situation means that 1win is effectively withholding my funds due to an internal system or accounting failure, even though I have clear technical proof that the payment was completed. I request that the finance and technical teams immediately check this transaction on the relevant block explorer and manually credit 456.782356 USDT to my 1win account balance without any further delay. I also expect written confirmation by email to kosn***@gmail.com once the amount has been successfully credited.

"The problem has been successfully resolved. After I published this complaint, the finance team manually reviewed the Solana network records and confirmed the receipt of my transfer. They admitted there was a technical synchronization delay on their payment gateway. The 800 USDT has now been successfully added to my platform balance, and the case can be closed."

"The issue has been resolved and the 10 USDT is now in my account. The finance team explained there was a minor synchronization error with the Ethereum payment gateway on their end that day. After reviewing the transaction ID I provided, they manually verified the transfer on the blockchain and credited the funds to my main balance without any further delays"

"The issue has been successfully resolved. Following this complaint, the finance department reached out and requested my bank receipt. After a manual review, they confirmed that the funds were indeed received but the system failed to update the status due to a synchronization error with the Vip Havale gateway. The 250 TRY deposit was manually credited to my account, and I can now use my balance."
