I am a registered 1win user and I am filing a formal complaint regarding a missing cryptocurrency deposit that has not been credited to my account balance. On June 7, 2026, at 12:11, I initiated a transfer of exactly 400 USDT in order to fund my 1win account. The transaction was successfully processed on the blockchain network and the official status is clearly marked as “Completed.” The funds were sent from a wallet address that starts with TdG3ndl and ends with vQedyh1. I have the full block explorer records that prove the digital assets were successfully delivered to the company’s designated receiving wallet. Despite this clear on‑chain confirmation and the completed status of the transaction, my 1win account balance remains at zero and the 400 USDT has still not been credited. I contacted the support team, but they have not provided effective assistance and are ignoring the blockchain evidence I have supplied. I request that the finance and technical departments manually verify this transaction on the relevant block explorer and immediately credit the 400 USDT to my 1win account balance without any further unnecessary delay. I also expect a written explanation as to why a completed and verifiable blockchain transfer was not automatically reflected in my balance and what measures will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
