"The problem has been solved. A few hours after I published this review, a real agent from the finance team contacted me. They checked the blockchain data manually and confirmed that my 50 USDT transfer was indeed successful. They explained that the delay happened due to a temporary technical lag in their crypto payment gateway. The funds have now been credited to my main balance. I am closing this ticket."
I am writing to report that a recent deposit of 50 USDT to my 1win account ...has not been credited, despite being fully processed on the blockchain. My
