Roborock Q5 Pro Motherboard Failure Blamed on User Error Despite Being a Wet and Dry Cleaning Device
I have been using a Roborock Q5 Pro robot vacuum that is still under warranty. About three days ago, we noticed that the device stopped charging and has not been working since then. Because the product is under warranty, I sent it in for service. Despite the fact that the device is within the warranty period and the problem is that it does not charge, I was told that user-related damage was detected and therefore I was asked to pay an amount in TL for the repair. I do not accept this situation, because I did not misuse the product and the fault occurred during normal use. I request that the charging problem of my Roborock Q5 Pro be resolved under warranty without any charge, and if repair is not possible, that a replacement or appropriate refund be provided.
