I’m beyond frustrated with 1win. I initiated a money transfer on 6.07.2025, and to this day—nearly two weeks later—my transaction has not been completed. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but no one is giving a proper explanation or resolving the issue. It's absolutely unacceptable for a platform handling real money to be this unresponsive.
I specifically want to call out E*** Hanım, S*** Hanım, and M*** Hanım—these operators were supposed to help, but I received no meaningful support from any of them. I'm filing a formal complaint against them and 1win as a whole.
I expect this issue to be corrected immediately. Today is 19.07.2025, and I demand that my payment be processed without further delay. Fix this now and stop ignoring your users!
