I Cannot Open Hay Day Because of a False Storage Space Warning
On 05/04/2026 at around 12:00 PM, I started experiencing problems with the Hay Day game installed on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus tablet. Even though my device has sufficient storage space available, after the latest update I began receiving an “insufficient storage space” warning every time I try to enter the game, and I can no longer access it at all. In reality, only about 54% of the 128 GB storage on my device is being used, meaning there is clearly enough free space available.
I had never experienced this issue before. It appeared for the first time immediately after the recent update, and since then I have completely lost access to my account. I also have not previously contacted any support team or submitted a complaint regarding this issue.
I want my Hay Day account to become accessible again and for the problems I have experienced to be resolved. Since I cannot enter the game, I am unable to access the account I invested a great deal of time and effort into, and I request that this issue be fixed as soon as possible.
