Hay Day Diamond Balance Suddenly Decreased Without Explanation

On May 11, the 276 diamonds in my Hay Day account disappeared even though I did not perform any action that would use or spend them. I did not complete any in-game transaction or purchase involving diamonds, but when I logged into the game, I noticed that all of my diamonds were suddenly gone.

I tried accessing the in-game support section to report the issue, but I was unable to enter the support area and therefore could not contact anyone regarding the problem. Losing the diamonds that I earned through time and effort in the game has caused me serious frustration and disappointment.

I request that my account be checked and investigated, and that the missing 276 diamonds be fully restored to my account as soon as possible.
