Hay Day Account Still Has No Ad Rewards at Level 115

I have been playing Hay Day for a long time, and since the very first day I opened the game, I have never been able to see advertisements or receive advertisement rewards. I tested the same account on both an Android phone and an Apple device, but ads do not appear on either one. Even though I am currently level 115, my advertisement rewards are still not active.

My sibling is only level 85, yet when they send ships, they receive around 16 upgrade materials, while I receive at most 3 upgrade materials when I send ships. This huge difference between our accounts has become extremely frustrating. I regularly install every game update, but the issue has never been resolved.

I also created a second Hay Day account on the exact same phone, and advertisements appear normally on that account, even though it is only level 10. In other words, the same phone and the same game show reward ads on one account while my main account receives nothing at all. To me, this is a major inconsistency and it is causing me to lose interest in the game completely.

I request that you investigate why advertisement rewards are disabled on my account, which I play on my Redmi 13 Pro+ 5G device under the username “Ppoo?”, and that the advertisement rewards on this account be activated as soon as possible.
