I’m a user on 1win with ID 314989817, and I’ve been facing a frustrating payout issue. On July 12, 2025, at 14:05, I requested a withdrawal of ₺1,500. Customer service initially told me the payment would be completed within 48 hours. When that time passed, they then said it would be processed within 7 days. That deadline came and went—still no payment.

Then, on July 18, 2025, at 00:39, I submitted another withdrawal request, this time for ₺8,500. That payment has also not been completed. Every time I reach out, I’m given generic excuses about the “finance team reviewing” my request, but it’s clear there is no progress being made.

This has now totaled ₺10,000 stuck in limbo, and I’ve lost all trust in this platform. I demand that 1win process my withdrawals immediately and stop stringing customers along with empty promises. This is my hard-earned money and the delay is completely unacceptable.

Customer service and technical support do not solve any problems, they constantly give the same answer and say nothing other than the responses I shared in the attachment. It is a complete disappointment.

First of all, you need to read the subject of the complaint more carefully. Don't respond as you wish, as if there is a justified situation. My withdrawal request dated 12.07.2025 is still pending. I assume you are not going to block all withdrawals. Please respond to my ongoing complaint.
