Binance USDT Deposit Missing Despite Successful Solana Transaction
I am reporting a missing deposit of 500 USDT in my Binance account. My account ID is 829*** and my registered email address is kevin.sm***@gmail.com. On June 14, 2026, at 10:17 pm, I transferred exactly 500 USDT to fund my Binance account using the Solana (SOL) network. My wallet receipt shows the transaction status as “Succeeded” and the funds were sent from the address starting with 11Ta and ending with drf. Despite the network confirmation, my Binance balance is still zero and the 500 USDT has not been credited to my account. Live chat support so far has only provided automated replies and the issue remains unresolved. I request that the finance and technical department manually review this transaction on the Solana blockchain, identify the deposit linked to my Binance account, and credit the missing 500 USDT to my balance immediately. I also request to be informed in writing of the result of this review.

The issue is resolved. A finance te representative contacted me and manually checked the Solana network. They confirmed my 500 USDT transfer was successful. The delay was caused by a synchronization error with the payment gateway. The funds have been added to my main balance. I closing this ticket.
