Missing 800 USDT Deposit Via Solana Network Despite "Succeeded" Status

"The issue is now resolved. Shortly after I posted this complaint, a representative from the finance team contacted me. They manually checked the Solana network and confirmed that my 800 USDT transfer was indeed successful. They explained that a temporary synchronization error with their payment gateway caused the delay. The funds have been manually added to my main balance. I am closing this ticket."
