I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 INR from my 1win wallet on 31st December 2025 via bank transfer to my Indian bank account, but I have still not received the money. Until this date, all of my previous withdrawals from 1win had been successfully received without any issues, so this situation is unusual for me. It has now been more than one month since I made this withdrawal request and the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. During this period, I have contacted 1win support many times regarding the missing withdrawal. Each time I was told that a VIP manager would contact me, but no one has ever reached out to me and I have not received any clear or proper response about the status of my money.
