I requested a withdrawal of 3,500₹ from my 1win account on 1 January 2026 via bank transfer (IMPS). In the 1win system, the payment status is shown as “Successfully Paid”, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account.
I previously experienced a similar issue last month. At that time, I contacted 1win support more than 40 times and, even after providing all the necessary documents they requested, the payment did not reach my bank account. In the end, the money was only returned to my gaming account instead of being successfully withdrawn.
Now the same problem is happening again. I contacted 1win support about this latest withdrawal and was told to wait 24 hours, but more than 24 hours have already passed and the amount is still not reflected in my bank account, even though the status remains as paid.
I request that this recurring issue be urgently investigated, the exact status and transaction details be clarified, and my 3,500₹ either be credited to my bank account without further delay or my account balance be restored again if the transfer has failed.
