I am writing to report a serious withdrawal issue I am facing on the 1win platform. On 20 December 2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₹7,010 to my Union Bank of India account. In the 1win system, the status of this withdrawal is shown as “Successfully Paid,” yet the money has still not been credited to my bank account, even after 6 days. For this transaction, I was given the UTR number 476773763555. I contacted my bank and they clearly stated that no amount has been received under this UTR number or for this amount in my account. Therefore, while 1win shows the payment as completed, there is no corresponding credit in my bank records. I have also contacted 1win customer support, and they informed me that they are waiting for a response from the payment provider. However, during this entire period I have not received any concrete solution, time frame, or confirmation about where my money actually is. I request that 1win either immediately credits ₹7,010 to my Union Bank of India account using a valid and traceable transaction, or transfers the same amount back to my 1win gaming wallet within 24 hours, and informs me clearly once this is done. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as my funds are currently stuck without any clear explanation.
