I deposited 1000 via Paytm UPI to my 1win account on 27 March. The amount was successfully paid from my Paytm, but inside the 1win app the deposit status is shown as “cancelled” and the money has not been reflected in my balance. I have the transaction proof from Paytm, including the successful UPI transaction details and screenshot, so it is clear that the payment has been completed from my side. However, 1win support is currently not opening and I have not been able to reach anyone from customer service to resolve this problem. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my 1000 deposit either be refunded to my Paytm/account or correctly credited to my 1win balance without any further delay. I am sharing this complaint so that my payment is not lost and the problem can be resolved as soon as possible.
