I made a deposit of 5,000 Rs to my 1Win account on 14 February at around 7:46 pm using the Paytm UPI method. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm, and the transaction shows as completed with UPI/transaction ID 200144066112, but the money has still not been credited to my 1Win balance. I contacted 1Win support and was told that my money has not yet been received by their team, even though Paytm shows the transaction as successful. At the moment, I am stuck because the money has left my Paytm account but is not visible in my 1Win account. I request that my 5,000 Rs be credited to my 1Win balance as soon as possible, or that a clear and prompt solution be provided regarding this missing deposit.
