I am writing regarding an issue with a canceled deposit on my 1win account (Account ID: 355722814).
On March 23, 2026, at approximately 10:39 PM, I made a deposit of ₹1,000 using SBI UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but in my 1win account the transaction is marked as “cancelled,” and the funds have not been credited or refunded in any way.
Although the payment was deducted from my SBI account, my 1win balance has not been updated, and I have not received any clear information or refund regarding this failed transaction. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but I did not receive any response.
I request that this canceled deposit be urgently investigated and that the ₹1,000 deducted on March 23, 2026, at 10:39 PM be either credited to my 1win account or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why this transaction was marked as canceled despite the funds being debited.
