I deposited money into my 1win account from my VakıfBank account using the “Express Havale” payment option on their website, transferring funds via FAST to the IBAN and account name they provided. On November 23, 2025 at 15:37, I deposited $24, and on November 25, 2025 at 15:34, I deposited another $24, for a total of $48. Both transactions were canceled by the system. Despite this, the funds were neither added to my site balance nor refunded to my bank account.
When the first transaction was canceled, I submitted a request through their “24/7 — 2-minute response” section. They asked for several documents and pieces of information, all of which I provided completely. They then gave me the application number pmnt-3955325 and said the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. The deadline passed with no solution.
When I contacted them again, they suddenly claimed that my documents were “incomplete.” If my documents were incomplete, I don’t understand how they issued me an application number in the first place. I re-sent the documents they claimed were missing, and this time they canceled my original request and opened a new one — pmnt-3960097 — again telling me to wait 24 hours. That deadline also passed with no progress.
When I became tired of waiting in uncertainty, I attempted another deposit — and that transaction was also canceled. I reported this one as well, sent the requested documents again, and they opened yet another application number: pmnt-3964543, once again telling me to wait 24 hours. So for pmnt-3955325, pmnt-3960097, and pmnt-3964543, I have only been told to “wait,” yet no funds have been credited to my account, nor refunded to my bank.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed the problem was not on their end, and that the payment was “stuck in the system.” They only repeated, “Our specialists are reviewing it, please wait.” Even though I have sent documents multiple times and followed every instruction they gave, they still have not provided any real solution. At this point, I feel that my money is being held and that customers are being stalled intentionally.
I request that 1win immediately resolve this issue regarding the total $48 I deposited — either by crediting the full amount to my account without further delay or refunding the entire sum to my VakıfBank account. I also request a clear and written explanation regarding these repeatedly postponed and unresolved applications.
