At 22:00, I requested $28, and at 22:03, I requested $30, for a total of $58 using the “Express Havale” withdrawal method. These transactions are still marked as “Pending” in the system, and even after several days, the money has not been deposited into my account.
When the withdrawals did not arrive within 24 hours, I contacted support. They created a ticket, but it has been roughly four days with no progress at all — I am simply being made to wait. It’s unacceptable that users are stalled this much for such a small withdrawal amount, as if it were some huge and complicated transfer. Two years ago, a friend of mine had the same issue — their 10,000 TL withdrawal was delayed nearly a month. Facing the same situation now has seriously damaged my trust.
I request that 1win immediately approve and process my two Express Havale withdrawals totaling $58 from November 24, 2025, without offering excuses, and deposit the funds into my bank account. I do not want to be kept waiting unnecessarily for days, and I expect my issue to be resolved urgently.
