Stake Bet Deposit Not Credited After Successful Bank Transfer

On March 30 at around 8:02 PM, I deposited ₹500 from my AU Bank account into my Stake Bet account in order to place a bet. The transaction was successfully completed on the bank’s side, and I have the UTR number 452533617740, but the ₹500 has still not been credited to my Stake Bet balance.

After noticing that the amount was not reflected, I contacted Stake Bet via their email and also attempted to reach support through the Stake Bet app. However, I did not receive any proper response. Instead, I was told that I can only access chat support if I already have ₹500 in my account, which is exactly the issue I am trying to resolve, since my ₹500 deposit has not been credited.

I request that this matter be investigated urgently. I want my ₹500 either refunded back to my AU Bank account or, if that is not possible, properly credited to my Stake Bet account without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why I did not receive appropriate customer support.
