1win Didn’t Provide Transaction ID, Then Canceled Withdrawal — $846 Missing

On November 15, 2025, at 13:09, I submitted a withdrawal request of $928 through the 1win website using the bank transfer method. However, no reference number or transaction ID was provided during the process. I had experienced similar delays before—payments would usually take around 12–13 hours to reach my account. With this latest request, however, the withdrawal was canceled, and the $846 of remaining funds is now missing from both my 1win account and my bank account.

When I contacted customer service regarding the issue, they claimed that the problem was not on their side. Their responses were very delayed, making it nearly impossible to communicate properly. They also did not ask for any documents or screenshots.

I request that my funds be transferred to me as quickly as possible. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
