1win Withdrawal Delay: ₺2,449 Express Transfer Still Not Credited

On September 17, 2025, I submitted a ₺2,449 withdrawal request through the Express Transfer method on 1win. Normally, all of my previous withdrawals were processed within 15 minutes, but this time more than 1 hour and 30 minutes passed, and the money has still not been deposited into my account.

On the 1win website, the status of my withdrawal shows as approved, yet the funds have not reached my bank. I immediately contacted customer support to report the delay, but no solution was offered, and my money is still missing.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has caused me significant inconvenience. My transaction reference number is 328193529.

I request that my ₺2,449 withdrawal be credited to my account immediately and that 1win ensures such delays do not happen again.

On 17.09.2025, I requested a withdrawal of 2,449 TL via express transfer on 1win. My transaction application number is pmnt-3636493. Even though 11 days have passed, my money has still not been deposited into my account. I have contacted 1win customer service multiple times, but I have constantly been stalled and no solution has been offered. My application has been showing as 'processing' for 8 days and there has been no progress. Also, this is the first time I have encountered such an issue and I have not been asked to provide any additional documents or take any further action. The withdrawal amount has already been deducted from my 1win balance.

I want my grievance to be resolved and my money to be deposited as soon as possible into my Garanti Bank account, to my IBAN starting with TR31.
