I have been using my 1win account from India, but my account has been blocked for the last 18 days and I have not been able to access it during this entire period. My gaming ID is 8303***. I was not given any clear reason for the blockage and I cannot use my account as usual. I contacted the 1win security team via email regarding this situation, but so far I have not received any response or explanation from them. On 18 February, one of your representatives named Ravi K*** called me and asked me to drop my previous complaint, assuring me that he would take immediate steps to resolve my issue. Relying on this promise, I deleted my old complaint, which I now cannot republish, but no action has been taken on my case. Because my account remains blocked and the earlier assurance was not fulfilled, I am submitting this complaint again. I kindly request that my 1win account be unblocked as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed about the reason for this blockage if there is any specific issue. I expect my access to be restored without any further delay.
