My Sidra mobile app account was deactivated yesterday without any prior notice or explanation. Since then, ı have been unable to access my account at ALL.

I have already submitted an appeal to Sidra regarding this issue, but ı have not yet received a resolution. I kindly request that my account linked to the email address “a********@gmail.com” be back soon as possible, and that this situation be handled urgently.
