Update to Access Request and Account Recovery

I am writing to report that my Telegram account has been hacked and I can no longer secure or properly use it. I access Telegram both on an Android device and on desktop, and the unauthorized access started around October 16, 2026 and has been continuing until now.

The attacker has been actively interfering with my account by continuously deleting my conversations with one of my contacts, leaving groups on my behalf and deleting messages. In the group activity, the user “lej” that appears as added is my new account, while the account that left the group is my original hacked account, and these actions were not made by me. I am very concerned that the hacker may also be accessing my personal data, contacts and chat history.

At the moment I cannot remember my password and there is no option shown to recover it, so I am unable to log in securely or change my password to stop this unauthorized access.

I request that my Telegram account be urgently recovered and returned to my control, that all unauthorized sessions and devices connected to my account be fully terminated, and that the hacker’s access be completely removed. I also ask for your guidance and support on the steps I should follow to secure my account and prevent similar incidents in the future.
