I received a $10 Burger King gift card, which was activated on 2/4/2025. When I tried to use this gift card today at the Burger King located at 454 Murfreesboro Rd in Nashville, TN, the payment did not go through, and the screen showed “system 2420” However, when I checked the balance, I saw that the full $10 had already been deducted on 3/2/2025 even though I never used the card. Since I have not been able to use this gift card at all and the balance appears to have been used without my knowledge or consent, I would like this issue to be resolved. I am requesting either my money back or for Burger King to issue me a new gift card loaded with the original $10 amount. I kindly ask that this situation be investigated and that my balance be restored, as I should not lose the value of the gift card due to a system issue or error that is not my fault.
