Deposit Problem of My Parimatch Account

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from Parimatch over the last two months. On 18/04/2026, I deposited 5000 via UPI QR, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. The transaction was completed successfully on my side, and the transaction ID is T2604181903250501695120. After noticing that the amount was not reflected in my account, I contacted your support team. They only asked me to create a ticket, but after that, nothing has been resolved and my balance is still missing. This has caused me financial stress and has completely shaken my trust in your platform. I can see that I am not the only person facing this kind of issue, and many other users in India are also complaining about deposits not being credited. I request the Parimatch management, especially the responsible authorities, to urgently check this problem, credit my 5000 to my account or refund it back to my payment source, and take serious action to ensure that other users do not suffer the same issue.
