Zynga Bans Çanak Okey Plus Player's Account Over Disputed Chip Transfer Violation
About 15 days ago, my Zynga Çanak Okey Plus account was completely closed on the grounds of a "chip transfer violation," even though I never engaged in any kind of collaborative/collusive play, never used profanity or insults, and never took any action outside the company's rules. Over a period of roughly 25 days, I played the game normally and in compliance with the rules, and I do not accept the claim that I committed such a violation or the permanent action taken against my account as a result.
My account had approximately 100,000 chips that I purchased with real money. I bought these chips both with my credit card and through the additional payment method on my phone bill. Because my account was closed without any concrete explanation, I am now unable to use either my game account or the chips I paid money for.
I am requesting that Zynga thoroughly review my account, remove the "chip transfer violation" penalty that I believe was imposed unfairly, and reopen my account. I also want the chips I purchased with real money to be fully refunded, or made usable again once my account is reopened.
