I Face Unfair Permanent Ban on Zynga Okey After Connection Issues

I have been playing Zynga Çanak Okey for a long time, and I recently encountered a highly frustrating issue. While playing the game, my connection was suddenly lost. When I tried to reconnect, the connection dropped again. After multiple attempts to log in via Facebook, I was shocked to see a message saying that I was permanently banned from the game.
I want to emphasize that I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior, offensive language, or actions that would justify such a penalty. In fact, I had just purchased CIP through a paid transaction shortly before this incident occurred. I feel deeply disappointed and financially burdened by this unfair ban.
I respectfully request the immediate removal of this ban and the restoration of my account access. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue to consumer protection platforms and take legal action. I expect Zynga to review my account activity fairly and resolve this matter promptly.
