While playing Zynga 101 Plus Okey, my internet connection briefly dropped, and I had to rejoin the game. When I got back in, I was shocked to see that all of my chips had suddenly been wiped out—with no explanation and no warning.
There was no argument, no rule violation, no chat abuse—nothing that could justify this. One moment I had my chips, the next they were completely gone. I didn’t break any rules, and I’ve been playing this game respectfully.
Because of this unexplained loss, I was forced to spend more money to buy chips again, which feels incredibly unfair. I shouldn’t be penalized for a connection issue, especially when it wasn’t my fault.
Zynga, I’m asking you to investigate this and restore my missing chips immediately. Players shouldn’t be punished over technical glitches. I’ve supported your platform and expect you to support your users in return. Please fix this.
