Zurich Insurance Not Solution Oriented
On August 26, our company car was in an accident. According to the police report, the other driver was 100% to blame, and our car was given the green light to be destroyed. Zurich Insurance is taking advantage of us when it comes to time management. We can't hear anything back from the person in charge of the process. The person doesn't answer any of our requests, whether they are spoken or written. The accident was bad enough, but the insurance company's poor process management made it even worse. We are very upset. Every hour and day that goes by causes us to lose money and things.
