Zurich Insurance Replacement Vehicle Issue

I took out comprehensive insurance for my car with Zurich Insurance. We had an accident on April 9, 2025. I took the car to an authorized service, and Zurich Insurance opened a damage file on April 15, 2025. Five days have passed, and I still haven’t received a replacement vehicle. The reason: the expert has not approved it. However, the authorized service where I delivered the car said the expert gave approval on Friday, April 18. Zurich Insurance, however, insists that the expert has not approved it and that they cannot provide a replacement vehicle. As a result, my car was in an accident. Why are you not providing a replacement vehicle while my car is damaged? Will you only provide a replacement vehicle once the repair is done?

I called the expert myself and asked them to give approval. As a result of the expert giving approval to the insurance, I finally received the replacement vehicle today.
