Zurich Insurance Denies Mini Repair Claim

I have a Zurich insurance policy (No. 26747415) for my vehicle with license plate number ZHV 56. The policy has a provision for a "mini damage repair guarantee" ("Group: 1 Fix it up four times in a year. Scratches and abrasions measuring up to 30 cm on body panels. But even after I reported four scratches on the right rear door of my car, each no longer than 27 cm, Zurich Insurance's Ankara mini repair authorized service, TCT Otomotiv, denied my claim for mini repair just by looking at the photos I sent. There are only 18 days left until my insurance policy runs out. If you want, I could get the whole door fixed through my policy, and Zurich Insurance will pay for everything. I'm asking for a review of the situation and stating that I will never, ever do business with Zurich Insurance again.
Dear Valued Policyholder, Your request has been received and is currently under review. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Best regards, ZURICH INSURANCE INC. Customer Experience and Satisfaction Department
Dear Policyholder, Following our meeting on 05.03.2024, the necessary information has been provided to you. Sincerely, ZURICH INSURANCE CO.
Ms. Selin, who called me, said that it would not be covered under the mini repair by the relevant departments, and since it is my first damage, I can learn the necessary service from Zurich Insurance's priority service department and have the entire door painted, which would not affect my no-claim discount. However, she did not mention that if I receive the service in this specified manner, the damage cost would be recorded in the tramer. Nevertheless, I am stating that I am entitled to mini repair and requesting that a mini repair be performed on my vehicle.
The message dated 05.03.2024 has not yet been answered, and I request that the response be sent in writing to my email address, not by phone.
